1. No Refund Policy for Software Products
- All sales of software products (including license keys, activation codes, or digital downloads) are final and non-refundable.
- Once a license key or activation code has been issued/delivered, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
2. Reasons for No Refund
- Software license keys are unique and once delivered, they cannot be reused or revoked.
- To protect against misuse or unauthorized sharing, we strictly do not allow refunds or returns on digital products.
3. Peripherals & Physical Products
- Refunds or replacements for hardware/peripheral products will only be considered if the item is defective, damaged during delivery, or not as described.
- Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a replacement request.
- Replacement approval is subject to inspection and verification by our support team.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders for digital software products cannot be cancelled once the license key or download link has been delivered.
- Orders for physical products can only be cancelled if they are not yet dispatched from our warehouse.
